1. Company information
The website is owned by UDM D.O.O. Beograd, Cara Lazara 5–7, Stari grad, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Company registration number: 21848433. PIB: 113339236. Email: info@udm.rs.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about UDM, our case studies, approach and services: SEO and AI Search visibility, Google Ads, analytics and consulting, e-commerce and web development, AI solutions and AI Security.
Website content is not a public offer, a guarantee of a contract, or legal, financial or other professional advice. Scope, fees, timing and terms are agreed separately.
3. Permitted use
You must not use the website unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access to servers or data, distribute malware or spam, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of UDM or third parties.
4. Information, case studies and results
We aim to keep information current but do not guarantee that it is complete or suitable for a particular situation. Results shown in case studies relate to specific projects and periods and do not promise equivalent results for every client.
SEO, advertising, development and AI outcomes depend on the market, budget, starting condition, platform decisions and other factors. A metric becomes a commitment only where it is expressly included in a separate agreement.
5. Enquiries and cooperation
By submitting a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. An enquiry does not create a contract or require either party to begin cooperation. UDM may request further information, suggest a working format or decline a project.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, code, graphics, logo and structure belong to UDM or are lawfully used. Commercial reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Ordinary quotation and linking are permitted within the law.
Rights in client deliverables are governed exclusively by the relevant contract, proposal or Statement of Work.
7. Client materials and confidentiality
By providing materials, you confirm that you may use and share them and that they do not infringe third-party rights. Do not send passwords or sensitive information through the general form. We handle preliminary communications carefully, but these terms do not replace an NDA; a separate agreement can be signed where required.
8. Third-party services
The website links to email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber and other external resources. UDM does not control their availability, content or data practices. Use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UDM is not liable for indirect loss, decisions made solely from website content, temporary unavailability, or the acts of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, law and contact
UDM may update the website and these terms. Serbian law applies unless mandatory rules require otherwise. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; project-specific terms and jurisdiction are defined in the separate contract. Questions: info@udm.rs.
