1. Data controller
The data controller is UDM D.O.O. Beograd, Cara Lazara 5–7, Stari grad, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Company registration number: 21848433. PIB: 113339236. Data enquiries: info@udm.rs.
2. Data we receive
The contact form may collect your name, email address, website, selected objectives, preferred start time and project description. During communication or project delivery, we may also process messages, attachments, representatives’ contact details, contractual and billing information, and project materials.
The server may automatically record an IP address, request time, browser type, requested page and technical information needed for security and diagnostics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to enquiries, assess projects, prepare proposals or contracts, provide agreed services, maintain business records, secure the website and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, UDM’s legitimate interests, a legal obligation or consent. We do not sell personal data.
4. Contact form and communications
The form sends the information you enter to our handler at /form/send. Enquiries are delivered to our corporate Zoho Mail account and may also generate a Telegram notification. The server may temporarily retain a technical submission log for spam prevention.
If you follow a link to Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, subsequent processing is also governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you select “Accept analytics”. The analytics script is not loaded before consent. It helps us understand traffic, referral sources and the use of pages; Google may process identifiers and technical information.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer. The website may also load font files from Google servers, which receive standard request information such as the IP address and browser details.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by providers supporting our website and communication, including OVHcloud (server in Frankfurt), Zoho Mail, Telegram, Google and UDM’s technical contractors. Tools used in client projects are defined by the project and contract.
Some providers may process data outside Serbia or the EEA. Where required, recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards are used.
7. Retention
Prospective-client enquiries are normally retained for no more than 24 months after the last communication unless a business relationship begins. Client, contractual and accounting records are retained for the project and for as long as required by law or the protection of legitimate interests. Technical logs are retained for a limited period.
8. Security and AI projects
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access restrictions, secure transmission and storage, data minimisation and provider review. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Client materials are not sent to AI services unless necessary for an agreed project. The relevant models, providers, data categories and safeguards are defined separately. Please do not send passwords, access keys, special-category personal data or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact info@udm.rs; we may need to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: poverenik.rs.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and date are published here. Contact: UDM D.O.O. Beograd, Cara Lazara 5–7, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia; info@udm.rs.
